开放式冷水机安装
冷水机安装前请选择地基平稳,四周空旷畅通及避免腐蚀污染之场所,根据冰水机组制冷量选用匹配的冷却塔,冰水机管路配管,请根据机身喉尺寸进行安装,切勿将冷却水管尺寸缩小,这样会引起高压过载,影响制冷效果及增加耗电量。
注:电源、负载及接地部分,请依照相关法规施工。
操作方法:
**运转必须先检查下列事项是否正确:
电源、电压及相数是否符合型号规格,请对照铭牌所示。(注:3HP以上冰水机电源是否采用三相四线电压380-415V,50HZ电源相位线分别为R.S.T.中性线(零线)N,接地导线为E。
冰水喉及冷却循环水喉是否接通管路,并保持阀门打开(请参考安装图)。
先行将冰水箱加满后方可启动水泵。
请留意水泵运行方向是否逆转(如水泵是三相),如逆转须将电源相位线中任意二相对换,接妥后再把开关板上。
1、名词定义:开放式冷水机和水冷箱式冷水机(封闭式)同属于水冷式冷水机系列。开放式冷水机主要由压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、电控系统、冷冻配件组件,水冷箱式冷水机则由压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、水泵、水箱、电控系统、冷冻配件组成,因此可以看出来,两者之间的不同之处在于水冷箱式冷水机可以内置水泵及水箱,反之则称为开放式冷水机。
2、安装配置:冷水机主要是为了给产品或设备提供冷冻水以达到制冷的目的。这两种冷水机都需要配用冷却水塔进行散热,但因为水冷箱式冷水机内置有水箱及水泵,因此安装的时候,用户只需要将冷水机组与冷却水塔连接起来,接通自来水即可投入使用。而开放式冷水机除了配用冷却水塔,还需要增加水泵及双层不锈钢保温水箱方能使用。
3、优点分析:水冷箱式冷水机内置不锈钢水箱及管道水泵,外形美观大方,配置完善,主要构件均由钢体外壳保护,可安放于生产车间内,安装简单,使用/维护方便。开放式冷水机不自带水箱及水泵,可根据需要外接水泵及水箱,优点是水箱的容积及水泵扬程不受限制,能更好地满足不同的工业设备配套需要。

操作顺序:
开机:按<PUMP>键启动机器;。
按<SET>键设定所需温度;
开启压缩机1,压缩机2→延时→自动运行;
关机:按<STOP>键停止运行.
操作时应注意的事项:
冰水泵不可在水箱内无水运行(7.5HP以上冰水机,水箱水位太低时,水泵会自动停止运行,低水位指示灯会亮起及有警号)
操作开关请尽量避免连续切换。
水温达到设定温度时,压缩机会自动停止运行,此属正常现象。
温度开关应避免设定在5℃以下,防止蒸发器结冰。
为确保制冷效果,保持*佳状态,请定期清洗冷凝器及蒸发器。
附注一
当冷凝器散热**时,压缩机效率低,运转电流提高,当高压升至每300PCI/cm3,压缩机受高压开关保持跳脱,压缩机停止运转,散热**高压过载指示灯亮,此时请检视冷却塔循环水是否正常,冷却水温是否过高,冷却塔风扇水泵是否运转,冷却

水阀门是否完全打开,以上正常后再按复位开关(REST)即可正常运转,如经常出现高压过载情况,请尽快安排清洗冷凝器。
附注二
冷媒不足处理方法:
当水温5℃以上时,低压表显示低于30psl/cm2时,即表示冷媒不足,一般我们必须先将漏冷媒的地方,进行补漏或处理,再更换干燥剂,重新真空处理,充灌适当冷媒。
当您发现漏冷媒部分浸于水中,请即停止冰水机运行,速将水箱内水排除掉,尽快通知公司派员处理维修,以免水进压缩机系统造成更严重损坏。
附注三
高低压是否正常
压缩机正常运行时高压表显示160-230psl/cm2为*佳,但不得高于280psl/cm2,当高压高于280psl/cm2时,高压开关跳脱请依附注一处理,低压以40-65psl/cm2为*佳,但不得低于30psl/cm2,低压跳脱请依附注二处理。
当压缩机运行时高压和低压两者差压极少或相等时,即表示压缩机本身阀片破损或断裂,请即停止运转并通知公司派人处理,请注意以上状况是压缩机正常运转时,如没

有运转高低压仍属正常状况。
附注四
当压缩机因某种原因发生故障时,此时水泵如继续运行,可能造成水温急速升高,而当水温超过70℃时,机内水管及泵浦轴对极可能造成损坏漏水。
附注五
当故障指示灯及保护开关全部正常时,压缩机不能启动,请检查:
温度开关是否调太高或损坏
切换开关是否损坏
防冻开关损坏
低压开关跳脱或损坏
压缩机过载保护器损坏或跳脱
电磁继电器线圈损坏及过载保护器损坏
如机型是属无水箱型,请查冰水水流量开关是否损坏,以上控制开关或线路有故障即压缩机就不能运行

六、按键指示灯
#COMPI:压机1 控制指示灯,灯亮允许启动否则不允许启动,由“COMP1”按键控制。
#COMP2:压机2 控制指示灯,灯亮允许启动否则不允许启动,由”COMP2”按键控制。
RESET:有故障时的指示灯(闪烁显示),无故障时按下”RESET”可关闭。
PUMP:机组运行指示灯,机组运行时此灯亮,否则灭。
STOP:延时停机指示灯,延时停机时闪烁点亮。
SET:参数设置指示灯,处于参数设置界面时此灯亮。
七、面板指示灯
POWER:电源指示灯,通电后灯亮。
RUN:机组运行指示灯,非待机状态灯亮。

Second, Operating procedure:
The revolution must inspect following item first for the first time to be whether correct:
1. The power source, the voltage and count whether to conform to the model specification, please compare the data plate to show. (note: whether the 3HP above ice water mechanical and electrical source does use the three-phase four line voltage 380-415V,50HZ power source phase line respectively is the R.S.T. neutral axis (zero curve) N, the earth lead is E.
2. Ices the hose and the refrigeration cycle hose whether to put through the pipeline, and maintains the valve opens (please do refer to installation diagram).
3. Will ice after in advance the water tank tops up, only then starts the water pump.
4. Please pay attention the water pump movement direction whether reverses (for example water pump is three-phase), if reverses must the power source phase line in the random two phase exchange, after meeting proper, again keyboard on.
Third, Operation sequence:
1. Starting: The pressed key starts the machine; .

Fourth, When operation should pay attention item:
